Cookies, Crio & A Good Book

With Jason pulling a 'LONG' day at college this last Tuesday and the winter weather warning, I was needing to do something, other than wood projects.

So with all the chores done for another day, it was time to do a little baking.

And what better, than cookies - are Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies! 

Minus the Macadamia Nuts.

And with some  freshly brewed 'Crio' for that true rich Hot Chocolate drink, topped off with some yummy freshly whipped cream, a squirt of Caramel Sauce and  semi- sweet mini chocolate chips. Mmm.... Mouth watering!

Grab a good book, I'm on Book 5 - City of Lost Souls, of the Mortal Instruments Series by Cassandra Clare.

Put the little ones down to bed, curl up on the sofa and enjoy a cozy evening, reading and eating your yummy cookies :)
